WHO AM I?

My name is Shelley Peer. I graduated from a professional patisserie course at Estella Master Class, before I moved to Finland, where I lived for 7 years. In Finland I have studied baking and pastry art for 2 more years, and also passed a test for hygiene and food safety license. I got to work there at a few bakeries. 

Now I moved back to Israel to live in the Arava, and to bake for you sweet creations that are tailored for your taste and needs. No two creations are alike!
